One night in our apartment costs only 36 Euro, regardless of the number of guests (from 1 to 4 people) and the season.

We hope you understand, that, for short time rentals (less than 1 week), we have to charge you 30,- Euro extra for final cleaning.

With long time rent (1 month and more) you can be our guest for only 650 Euro plus 150 Euro for utilities (heating costs, waters, electricity, waste disposal etc.) .
